Paul S. Rhee, a Senior Foreign Attorney (Partner) of Yoon & Yang’s Competition & Antitrust Group, participated as a panelist in the 15th International Cartel Workshop held in Barcelona, Spain from June 24 to June 26.

International Cartel Workshop is recognized globally as the premier international cartel conference, co-hosted by International Bar Association and American Bar Association with a participation of competition authorities, antitrust practitioners and economists from around the world. The 2024 workshop was held in Barcelona, Spain for 3 days, providing a variety of programs, including roundtables and presentations, on cartel investigations, cartel enforcement trends, and important policy issues related to cartels.

Paul attended as a panelist in the Asia-Pacific regional roundtable on June 25 and presented his perspectives on cartel enforcement in South Korea with highly experienced practitioners and government officials from Hong Kong, India, Japan and Singapore.

Paul, a veteran antitrust attorney, advises on all areas of competition/antitrust issues in South Korea for foreign clients. Since 2017, Paul has been consistently recognized as a Leading Individual for Competition and Antitrust by Chambers & Partners Asia-Pacific.
