From 2017 to 2018, Yoon & Yang LLC successfully represented United Technologies Corporation in the KFTC’s merger review investigation into its acquisition of Rockwell Collins, Inc., which resulted in KFTC’s unconditional approval on May 10, 2018.  Subsequently, on November 26, 2018, the transaction was closed for about USD 30,000,000,000, which is one of the largest in the aerospace industry.  With this transaction, United Technologies Corporation will be the largest aerospace equipment supplier in the world.
