Yoon & Yang advised the Korea’s largest furniture company Hanssem on the sale of its shares and management rights, successfully closing the transaction on January 4, 2022.  The transaction resulted in the transfer of 27.7% of the shares and management rights held by the largest shareholder and related parties to the buyer IMM Private Equity.
 
On behalf of the sellers, Yoon & Yang played a key role in the successful execution of the SPA and closing of the transaction by providing comprehensive and prompt advice on all aspects of legal issues related to the transaction, including reviews and negotiations of the MOU, SPA and the other agreements.
