Biography
Wonhyung Kim is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main areas of practice are corporate law, foreign investment and securities and finance.
In particular, Mr. Kim has expertise in regulations on listed companies, e.g. disclosure, and asset management, e.g. investment trusts and alternative investment, etc. Mr. Kim also has plenty of experiences in a wide range of matters including specialized credit finance companies, issuance of securities, M&As, foreign investment and corporate law. He received his LL.M at University of California Berkeley School of Law, and was admitted to the New York bar in 2010. He has experience as a visiting attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP in San Francisco.
