Biography
Jong Chul Park is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and his practice concentrates on arbitration and litigation (administrative disputes, healthcare disputes, employment and labor litigation), and employment and labor.
Mr. Park has provided legal advice and handled disputes in relation to administrative law issues, e.g. land development plan, decision of land expropriation, redevelopment and reconstruction, land and construction, food, pharmaceuticals, environment, labor, finance, antitrust competition, and bidding, etc. Mr. Park also provides necessary support before imposition of administrative dispositions including application for permits and license, handling of land commission or labor relations commissions, preparation for procedure of statements at hearings, etc. and interpretation of relevant legislation. He also has expertise and experience in a wide variety of labor and employment issues including employment of non-regular workers (in-house subcontracting, illegal dispatch and the Act on the Protection, etc. of Fixed-Term and Part-Time Employees), unfair dismissal and unfair labor practices.
