Tae Hwan Oh is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas are employment and labor, disputes on industrial accidents, legal subcontracting, and safety and health, etc.
While working as a judge at various courts and the Seoul Administrative Court, Mr. Oh built vast hands-on experience in employment and labor matters. He currently oversees handling of major labor-related disputes as the head of the Employment and Labor Practice Group of Yoon & Yang LLC. In particular, over the recent few years, Tae Hwan Oh has been involved with a large number of cases involving ordinary wages, illegal dispatch, non-regular workers, investigations by employment and labor administrations and labor union issues.
