Young Min Kang is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice areas include cartels, abuse of market dominance, internal trading, regulations on conglomerates, unfair trade practices, subcontracts, large-scale distribution business and compliance, etc.
Mr. Kang represents Korea’s leading corporate groups in responding to regulations on internal transactions, etc. and in various cases involving cartels or unfair transactions in a wide range of industries.
