Biography
Sung-yun Hwang is an senior advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC. His main practice areas are capital markets and corporate law.
Mr. Hwang has advised on listing eligibility reviews for over 75 corporations, including CELLUMED, Solco Biomedical, and Kiwi Media Group, and on listing for over 30 corporations, including Hyundai Engineering and Lunit. In addition to having advised on corporate disclosure for over 50 corporations, including KT and PCL, he has also provided management transparency related management consulting to over 30 corporations and advised on unfair trade practices and corporate M&A.
