Biography
Chong Hwa Lee is an expert advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC and his main practice area is corporate law.
At the Patent Center and the Legal Affairs Team of LG Electronics, Mr. Lee handled execution of agreements, and disputes with, leading domestic and global companies, and conducted various domestic and international projects on business transfer, investment, withdrawal of investment and restructuring, etc. He also has first-hand experiences in general corporate law including antitrust, subcontracting, product liability, intellectual property rights, and labor and employment, etc. as well as compliance issues such as prevention and management of various risks, e.g. regulations and government investigations.
