Biography
Jang-Ho Park is a senior advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice area is corporate law.
After passing the 33rd administrative examination, Mr. Park started working at the Korea Maritime and Port Administration, and served as the head of the Industrial Resources Division, General Economic Division, Policy Analyst at the OECD Secretariat, Head of Economic Regulatory Review Division 1, Economic Regulatory Management Division, Evaluation Division, and Development Cooperation Policy Division at the Prime Minister's Office.
Since then, he had worked on R&D in bio and start-ups as an industry-academic cooperation professor at Seoul National University School of Dentistry, and as an advisor at Samjung KPMG, he involved in real economy work such as M&A and external audit, and currently advises various government agencies and companies.
