Biography
Hyun Jung Park is an expert advisor at Yoon & Yang LLC and her main practice area includes consulting services for succession and transfer of assets by individuals and companies via trust platforms.
Ms. Park worked at the Customer Satisfaction Team and the Household Banking Division and as a Private Banker and the head of Living Trust Center of Hana Bank, and as the Head of the Family Office Center at Gaon Law Group. Ms. Park has first-hand experiences in various types of inheritance and donation and has a wealth of knowledge on how to take care of oneself and develop customized strategies for inheritance. In particular, she has conducted a lot of research on the problems and solutions for single-person households and based on the research, she provides comprehensive solutions related to the overall process of estate settlement. She has advised many donor organizations on the establishment of public trusts and social contributions, and is a legacy donation advisor for Ewha Womans University and the Korea Food for the Hungry International.
